All of our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0. Our themes may be used by our users on as many websites as they like. Read here for more details - http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html

Theme updates are available to customers who have made an individual theme purchase and whose theme license is still active. They are also available for all the themes accessible by our Developer or Lifetime members while their product is still active.

All themes are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we cannot guarantee that older themes will run with future versions of WordPress. We may retire older themes if we feel they are no longer representative of our offering.

We may link to third party websites from our own website. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, these third party websites or their use of your personal information. We do not endorse, recommend or vouch for the security of such websites. We recommend that you review their terms of service and privacy policies before accessing and using the third party site.

When viewing the theme demos you will see several photographic images used. These photos serve as example images only and are not included in the download. Our themes do not come packaged with any copyrighted photography. The photos used in the demos are purely for demonstration purposes, and are used to give the visitor a functional preview of what the theme will look like once content has been added. You are responsible for adding your own thumbnail images.

All of the Online themes support all type of major browsers. So you can easily run your websites in all the browser without worry.

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of aThemes. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

All sales are final. 30 DAYS will be given in condition for not satisfied with our products in cases where the purchased product does not perform correctly on your hosting provider’s servers. Such server issues must be reported to us and that we are given reasonable time to attempt to provide a fix, where possible.

onlinethemes does not provide any warranty or guarantee on these themes in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes as we can not guarantee that our themes will work with all browser combinations. Also we reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed.
